One of the most important things in my life is access to my emails but access that is simple to use and can help me be more productive especially on my mobile devices. As an iOS user I gave up on the default Mail app a long time ago as it was just too basic and ever since I’ve been looking for a replacement that will deal with all of my Gmail accounts but more importantly my works Office 365 and these can be few and far between but finally I think I’ve found the solution I’ve needed all along and that solution is CloudMagic.

First of all CloudMagic will deal with all of your email (Gmail, Yahoo, Exchange, Office 365, Outlook, iCloud and any other IMAP service you care to mention) so it ticks that box.

It’s interface is simple and clean and dead easy to use but it’s whats under the hood that makes it my go to email app. When you receive an email you can take a number of actions without actually leaving the app. For example if someone sends you something that you’d like to keep for later you can use the inbuilt cards system to save the information Evernote and OneNote. If it’s a link you can save it to Pocket to review later but the thing that makes this a must have for me is the ability to action emails into Todo lists such as Todoist which means that I can log the things I need to do and access them at a later date. This also means that I can declutter my inbox and concentrate on what needs to be done.

There are also loads of other services that link into the app for you to take advantage of.

As far as email apps go this has to be the best thing out there and considering it’s free it well worth looking into. Oh, and there’s an Android version too!
